Cancellation by the customer

The £1,000 deposit paid on booking is non-refundable. Final payment is required 90 days before the start date of the adventure. This final payment is not refundable after 90 days before the start date. The cancellation date that will be taken into account is the date on which Capra Adventures receives a written notice of cancellation (mail or email). The cancellation will also take effect if you do not show up at the agreed place of meeting at the time agreed by Capra Adventures.  No refund will be made if you voluntarily leave your adventure after it starts for any reasons. Travel insurance and medical insurance are therefore strongly recommended. If a cancellation occurs for reasons beyond your control, such as a death in your family, at the discretion of Capra Adventures, we may transfer your reservation for a later date. This reservation transfer will be based on availability and must be in the current or next year immediately.

Cancellation by Capra Adventures

Our Adventures may take place in natural areas, which are often remote from immediate assistance. Nature can be unpredictable and we will never knowingly endanger the health of our guess and staffs. In the event of natural threats and / or extreme and unusual weather conditions (forest fires, snow, strong winds, heavy rain, etc.), we may have to cancel or modify a program without notice, even after the beginning of the Adventure. If we have to cancel for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the Adventure or provide a replacement at a later date, if this is convenient for all parties.  All other costs associated with travel to our meeting point will not be covered by Capra Adventures. Capra Adventures reserves the right to cancel any Adventures up to 90 days prior to departure, in which case a full refund will be made, but all departures are guaranteed once a minimum of 5 participants is confirmed.
