This retreat, open to all levels, is designed to explore the Cap Corse & La Balagne, to learn more about the link between exercising, wellness & longevity, as well as to form long-term friendships. Reboot your fitness by engaging in exciting outdoor activities.  We’ll share new research findings to boost your metabolism, re-balance hormones, improve sleep & longevity.

Benefit from yoga & meditation

You’ll dive into a daily Yin & Yang yoga practice session to experience the effects of adding mindfulness and mindfulness into your life.  We’ll explore the benefits of yoga & breathing techniques to relieve build-up tensions and achieve a deep state of relaxation.

The do & don’t of nutrition

Much has been written about nutrition & diet and It’s time to sort the wheat from the chaff.  Nutrition is a powerful tool to heal, recover, and fight inflamation.  We’ll explore its essential role in supporting health and achieving optimal performance based on the latest research.

Leverage the latest research on mental resilience

Physical exercise is a great way to learn to manage our thought process and help us strengthen our mind.   We’ll also explore why we fatigue.

Run injury free

A recent survey showed that 65% of all runners will be injured in any year.  This does not have to be that way.  We’ll explore the tested path to become an injury free runner able to enjoy the sport as we age.

Arrival & Welcome

Arrival at Bastia or Calvi airport. A staff member will be there to welcome you and accompany you to your charming hotel in Calvi.

Day 1 | Vista Points

  • 7:00am – Morning run on the beach to see the nature awaking, yoga & meditation
  • 8:00am – Breakfast & briefing
  • 9:30am – Trail capu di a Vata (Approx 2:30hr)
  • 1:30pm – Lunch
  • Free afternoon (optional available for site visits)
  • 6pm – Workshop
  • 8pm – Group dinner

Run/Hike: Calvi – Capu di a vata loop – 11km / 700m D+ 

Day 2 | Calvi along the beach

  • 7:00am – Morning run, yoga & meditation
  • 8:15am – Breakfast
  • 9:00am – Trail Pte Revelata (approx 2.5-4hr)
  • 1:30pm – Lunch
  • Free afternoon (optional available for site visits)
  • 5pm – Optional yoga & mediation
  • 6pm – Workshop followed by optional village sunset & photography
  • Dinner (free time / recommendation available)

Run/Hike: Calvi – Pte revelata loop – 18 km / 300m D+

Day 3 | Patrimonio

  • 7:00am – Morning run, yoga & meditation
  • 8:30am – Breakfast
  • 9:30am – Tour of Patrimonio local wineries & cheese makers
  • 12:30pm – Stop for lunch in a Corsican’s Auberge on way back to hotel
  • 4:30pm – Back at hotel
  • 6pm – workshop
  • Dinner (free time / recommendation available)

Day 4 | Bonifatu Forest or SPA & Farniente

  • 7:00am – Breakfast
  • 7:45am – Transfer to Bonifatu & briefing (20km via minibus)
  • 8:30am – Trail di Ceppu (apprx. 4hr) offering an exceptional panorama of the Corsican coast.
  • 1:30pm – Lunch in a Corsican’s Auberge on way back to hotel
  • Free afternoon (optional available for site visits)
  • 6pm – Workshop
  • Dinner (free time / recommendation available)

SPA & Farniete Option involved morning run, yoga & meditation, staying at hotel, enjoying the rejuvenating SPA and visiting the charming Calvi city-center at your own leisure

Run/Hike: Bonifatu – Ceppu trail loop – 15 km/ 1,600m D+.

Day 5 | Galleria & Girolata

  • 7:00am – Morning run, yoga & meditation
  • 8:30am – Breakfast
  • 9:30am – Transfer to Galleria & briefing (30km via minibus)
  • 10:30am – Easy hike overlooking Girolata
  • 12:30pm – Lunch in Girolata, only accessible by road or sea
  • Return to Galeria with a boat transfer along the Scandola Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
  • Ability to snorkel or Kayak along the Scandola Nature Reserve
  • 6:30pm – Workshop
  • Dinner (free time / recommendation available)

Day 6 | Sailing or Kayak Day

  • 7:00am – Morning run, yoga & meditation
  • 8:30am – Breakfast
  • 9:30am – Leaving from Hotel to nearby Port
  • 4:00pm – Back to hotel
  • 8:00pm – Dinner with slideshow & prizes

I look forward to meeting you for this very special time!

Nourishing the body through yoga, real food and sport became my lifetime passions after many years spent battling with digestive issues, allergies, insomnia and low energy level. Everything in our body is interconnected, you can’t prioritise one side without taking care of the rest to achieve the balance.  I began my journey in nutritional science few years ago to become a Nutritional Therapist focusing on the latest research in medical field on metabolism, anti-aging and women’s health. Daily yoga practice is an integral part of my life. I have tried various yoga styles and naturally settled with power Vinyasa flow by completing an instructor training course to deepen my practice and better understand posture alignments, human physiology and benefits of Pranayama.   I’m also certified level 3 Personal trainer.
